Cytoshield® Non-Resorbable PTFE Membrane
Cytoshield® is a non-resorbable membrane manufactured from expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) with a unique textured surface. It is designed for use in guided tissue regeneration (GTR) and guided bone regeneration (GBR) procedures, where space maintenance and cell occlusion are critical. The microporous structure permits nutrient and gas exchange while preventing soft tissue ingrowth, providing an optimal environment for bone and periodontal regeneration.

Indications for Use
Cytoshield® is indicated for use as a non-resorbable barrier membrane in applications such as:
- Periodontal regeneration in intrabony and furcation defects.

- Dental implant procedures for site development and peri-implant defects.
- Extraction socket management to preserve alveolar ridge dimensions.

Handling
