OSSIFY® FiberOss is a demineralized bone matrix allograft in fiber form; a scaffold with osteoconductive and osteoinductive potential. Interwoven demineralized cortical bone fibers provide high surface area and conforming handling, and hydrate uniformly with PRP, blood, or saline.

Indications for Use
OSSIFY® FiberOss is indicated for use as a bone graft in applications such as:
- Socket grafting.
- GBR and sinus augmentation.
- Ridge augmentation/preservation.
- Extraction sockets and periodontal intrabony defects.
- Peri-implant defects.
Two Formulations
- Cortical fibers – 100% demineralized cortical bone fibers
- Fibers + cancellous chips – fibers with mineralized cancellous chips
- Volumes – 0.5 cc, 1.0 cc, and 2.5 cc
- Hydration – PRP, blood, or sterile saline

Handling
- Hydrate with sterile saline or patient’s blood before placement.
- May be mixed with autograft or PRF.
- Ensure proper stabilization with membrane coverage.
