Executive Leadership
Dr. Kevin Frawley founded Surgical Esthetics in 2011 with a clear mission: provide practicing clinicians with the highest quality regenerative materials backed by real education and world-class support. As a practicing general dentist himself, he understands the daily challenges of surgical care and has built every product line with that perspective in mind.
Dr. Shawn Frawley serves as President of Surgical Esthetics, overseeing the company's strategic direction and growth. With a background in general dental surgery, he brings a clinician's mindset to every business decision — ensuring the company stays rooted in what matters most: outcomes for patients and support for doctors.
Leadership Team
Ben leads sales and education across the country, partnering with clinicians to match the right products to each clinical need. He is the go-to resource for product questions, training, and hands-on support.
Justin oversees the operational backbone of Surgical Esthetics — from order fulfillment and logistics to regulatory compliance and vendor relationships. His focus is making sure every order arrives on time and every process runs smoothly.
Arlen manages the financial operations of Surgical Esthetics, handling invoicing, accounts, and financial reporting. For billing inquiries, PO processing, or account questions, Arlen is your contact.
